Ok so it's been a shaky start.
I'm just recovering from being rather ill for a week. I was very dehydrated and weak and lost a few pounds. I'm just souping up on good food now for my training. I was gonna do a 10 mile run to see how I would fare, but I need to get my body to adjust to my normal lifestyle again. I just did 3 miles after getting out of bed and having a large breakfast. Not the best mixture, but it works. I'm going to do 120 squats too. Time to fish out the tuna. That is not an intended pun so whatever. :P
